How Does Replexa+ Work?

Replexa+ is a small, medical device with two applicator pads. The two applicator pads are applied to the treatment site and the user will then press a large, pulsing blue button to start therapy. Replexa+ sends an electromagnetic field to the site which will, over time, relieve pain. 

What Conditions Does Replexa+ Treat?

Replexa+ has been prescribed for veterans of the US military nationwide to treat many different conditions to relieve pain and increase blood flow. Some of the conditions that Replexa+ has been successful at treating are the following:

  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Peripheral Neuropathy
  • Tendinitis
  • Problem Wounds
  • Pressure Sores
  • Diabetic Ulcers
  • Pain in Shoulder/Neck/Back
  • Chronic Pain

FAQs

Will I feel anything?

Most patients do not feel any type of sensation when using Replexa+. Some patients have stated they feel a slight sensation and/or very mild warming of their skin. There should be no discomfort to you when using Replexa+.

Is Replexa+ hard to use?

Replexa+ has been developed with the patient in mind and is very easy to use. Simply plug it in; turn on the machine (black power button on the side); plug in the applicators; place the applicators with the gray side touching the treatment site; then press the pulsing blue button and relax. You will see the screen change to a countdown timer (30:00) and a status bar. Once the countdown hits 00:00, then your therapy session is complete!

How long does it take?

Therapy lasts for 30 minutes and we recommend administering therapy twice per day, 8 - 12 hours apart (morning and night). Depending on your condition, you should start seeing results within the first 30 days of therapy, with a final, positive outcome in just a few months.

 

How can I get more information and a prescription for Replexa+?

If you are a veteran and are currently receiving health care through the US Department of Veteran’s Affairs (VA) then you can receive a prescription for Replexa+. Visit your local VA facility and ask your physician about Replexa+. You can also contact ProMedTek through the Contact Us Page and we will have a representative get in contact with you directly.

How do I get a device?

Once you have been prescribed Replexa+, we will be notified by the VA and then contact you directly to have a local representative meet you at your home and walk through the mechanics of the device, how to administer therapy, and answer any questions you may have about the technology or device. This in-home, in-service takes approximately 30 minutes.
